Many people come into therapy with different concerns.
I recommend having a 15-minute consultation prior to scheduling
any sessions. This is a good time to come in with questions and/or
build realistic expectations for therapy.

This includes therapeutic skill beyond talk therapy, working on gaining insight, developing coping skills, and achieving your goals. Together, we'll work towards enhancing your mental and emotional well-being, empowering you to lead a fulfilling life
