I help adults navigate unresolved trauma, life transitions, workplace stress, perfectionism, and mood disorders, like anxiety and bipolar. Through virtual therapy, I guide individuals to overcome emotional challenges, regain control of their mental health, and find healing—all without feeling overwhelmed or misunderstood.
